Quality Assured Products and Installers
Before a business is listed on the TDA register of approved suppliers it must first achieve accreditation to the DeckMarkTM quality assurance scheme. This enables the TDA to establish if the business is able to meet the standards it requires.
The DeckMarkTM scheme is made up of two parts:
Part 1: Products. This relates to the materials and products used in the construction of decks and associated outdoor structures.
Part 2: Installer. This relates specifically to the quality of workmanship.
To maintain their place on the TDA register of approved suppliers, each business is subjected to a yearly DeckMarkTM visit by an independent inspector to review their compliance with TDA requirements.
