I understand that the photographs above are copyright works and that the TDA gives its approval for a single use in the publication making the request and that credit will be given to the Timber Decking Association as the source of the photograph in accordance with the form of words as set out in the confirmation of your request. The TDA reserves the right to charge a commercial photolibrary rate for the use of its images where a publication fails to credit the source of the image(s) supplied or breaches the single use license.
